I've had the privilege of a life with rescue dogs, so I get it.
Sessions happen in my safe and quiet studio near Usk. We take everything at your dog’s pace, with plenty of sniffing, playing and treats before the camera even comes out.

How it works
Wag 1: Get in touch. Choose your package, then message me by the form, WhatsApp or email. We’ll have a quick chat about your dog and pick a date. Alternatively book online and I will message you within 24 hours to agree an appointment or purchase a gift voucher.
Wag 2: The session. It’s full of fun and praise. Usually dog, owner and photographer are all happily tired by the end.
Wag 3: Your images. I hand-edit your gallery. On a package, choose your favourites online or at the studio. On à la carte, come back for a viewing and choose your products. There’s no hard sell, because that’s simply horrible.

Frequently asked questions
Does my dog need to be well trained?
No. Basic commands help, but I photograph dogs of every age and temperament. Leads and guiding hands can be edited out.
How should I prepare?
Give your dog a good walk beforehand, especially young or high-energy breeds. They’ll still have plenty of energy, but they’ll be calmer. When you arrive, a quick lead walk on site helps with last-minute toilet breaks. Please pick up after your dog. There’s a bin outside the studio.
What should I bring?
Your dog’s favourite toy, blanket, or even their bed, in a bag, so we can choose when to bring them out. My treat tin is always full. If your dog has a sensitive tummy or needs extra motivation, bring their favourite high-value treat, like chicken, sausage or cheese.
Does my dog need to be on a lead?
Yes, outside on site, and when first coming into the studio until introductions are made. If that’s tricky for your dog, tell me beforehand and we’ll adapt.
My dog is nervous or reactive. Can we still come?
Yes. Tell me beforehand and we’ll plan around it: a quiet time slot, extra settling-in time, or starting outside.
