Family and headshot photographer near Chepstow
Your phone is full of photos, and you’re in almost none of them. The Cowshed is my countryside studio just outside Usk, about 25 to 30 minutes from Chepstow. One relaxed session gets everyone in the picture, properly, at least once.
I do the organising
Weeks fill up quickly, so a family shoot shouldn’t feel like another job.
A quick call. We choose a date, decide on studio or outdoors, and talk about outfits.
Your session. You get 60 fun minutes with up to 6 people or pets from one household.
Your images. I hand-edit your gallery. On a package, you can choose your favourites online at home or at the studio.
Prefer to skip the back-and-forth? You can book online, pay your booking fee, and I’ll message you within 24 hours to agree a time. See family photography.

A headshot that keeps up with your career
A five-year-old headshot quietly tells people you’re not taking your business seriously. Headshot Express, £125, gives you 3 retouched images from 20–30 minutes in the studio. Images arrive within 5 working days, or within 48 hours for £50.

The dog counts as family here. Include them with everyone else, or book a dog session just for them.
Rather stay close to home?
I can photograph your family on location. Early morning and the couple of hours before sunset give the softest light, and the Wye Valley is hard to beat. Get in touch for a quote that includes travel.

No. It’s at Llancayo Court, just outside Usk, NP15 1HY, with free parking on site.
Can I use my headshots for work?
Yes. You get a licence for business use online and in print, just not to sell.
What if my child has a meltdown?
If it really isn’t their day, we’ll reschedule once at no extra cost, though that’s very rare.
